Booking Policies
Appointment requests are NOT a confirmed booking.
Once your request is approved, you will receive a booking conformation via text and/or email. denied requests will be followed up with a notification from my glossgenius account, and will be followed up with an email from myself, kim serrano.
This is usually due to needing more information via consultation.
All hair transformations must fill out the color consultation form prior to appointment. An in person consultation may still be required.
for all NEW color clients, A deposit of $50-$100 is required to secure your appointment.
deposit amounts are determined by service.
This deposit will go towards your service. If you need to
reschedule, your deposit is transferrable one time, and only if notice is complies with the cancellation & rescheduling policies.
Deposits are non-refundable.
A credit card on file is required for ALL clients, to book an appointment. This is in the case of a no call/no show or last minute cancelation.

“Standing appointments” are subject to change but will be addressed in advance.

Cancellation/Late Policy
Clients that are 15+ minutes late will have to reschedule, or forfeit and/or
downsize your scheduled service.
I do my best to accommodate all situations, and I understand that I may run behind as well. If I am running behind, I will be in direct contact with you so that way I can also respect your time.
you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service if you no call/no show or cancel/reschedule your appointment within 24 hours
of your scheduled service.
Clients have a one time grace period with a last minute (within 24 hours) cancellation.

Re-do Policy
Clients have up to one week to express dissatisfaction with their hair results, to address and/or fix the issue, free of charge.
All “fixes” must be done at least 2 weeks after the service. Any time after that, the client must pay full price for the service needed.
If I delivered the expected results, but you are dissatisfied with expected results, a new service must be performed and charged accordingly.

Conduct Policy
My studio, brand, and myself, are a safe space. There will be zero tolerance for any actions and/or behavior that makes me or any clients/guests of mine Feel unsafe, offended, and/or physically harmed.(this includes other loft owners and their guests). This will result in immediate termination of your service, whether it is being performed or has yet to be fulfilled.
Client is responsible for fulfilling payment for service; if the service is completed or near complete, client is responsible for payment up to 100% of the service provided. If the service has not yet begun, or is less than halfway finished, client will charged as a no call/no show, which is 50% of the scheduled service. (See booking/cancellation policies)
This will also result in being blocked from further booking with May The Hair Be With You, LLC.
